An solch sonnigen Tagen wie letzten Sonntag ist doch ein Spaziergang auf dem Flohmarkt das Beste! Es war so viel los, dass ich total schöne Geschenke und Mitbringsel für Freunde ergattern konnte. Es ist zwar immer schön, was für sich zu finden, aber noch besser ist es, jemand anderen eine Freude machen zu können! :) Habt Ihr auch schon zufälligerweise Sachen gefunden auf einem Flohmarkt, die anderen glücklich machen konnten?

Taking a stroll on a flea market is one of the best things to do on such a sunny day like last Sunday! There were so many booths that I managed to find small presents for friends. It's always great to buy something for oneself, but I find it even better to have things that will make others happy! :) Have you ever fulfilled someone's wish with a flea market item? :)

Current cravings: Asos

Don't you just love it when a shop has free delivery and returns? Just like Asos! I've discovered this online shop about three years ago and just can't stop lurking once every few days... There are loads of things I'd like to call my own right now again. However, as I'm trying to build a capsule wardrobe, there is a lot of thinking to do before processing an order:

- Do you have anything similar already?

- How will you combine this piece? Name at least three. :D

- Will the cut/color/fabric suit your body type?

- Are you just buying it because it is a trend at the moment, or will you be able to like it for years?

etc. 

Sooo at the moment, I'm really just looking for the perfect tall ankle boots, comfy high heels with ankle straps and a new leather bag, but I can't help looking at other things too. Neoprene, jumpsuits and (as always) monochrome looks catch my attention the most! Here's a small part of my wishlist:

Hier ein schnelles Post über das Arbeitsoutfit von Mittwoch. Als ich nach Hause kam, war es mal wieder Sonnenutergang und die Farben haben einfach so wunderbar harmoniert mit dem Kleid, dass wir es schnell festhalten wollten! Dieses Kleid war auch mal ein Flohmarktfund, an einem Tag, als mich der Gedanke bereits verließ, überhaupt was zu finden...bis mir dieses Teil über dem Weg lief.. :)

Quick outfit post of something I wore to work last Wednesday. As I came home, the sun was setting down once again and the light harmonized perfectly with the dress color, so we hurried out to take pictures! This dress was also once a flea market buy, on a day when I gave up all hopes of finding something, until this dress crossed my path... :)

Das Outfit hatte ich letztes Wochenende in Berlin an, als ich die ITB Messe besucht habe. Es kamen Menschen aus aller Welt um ihre Heimat (und Firma) vorzustellen, zwecks der Kooperationen und allgemein dem Tourismus. Zwar war alles logischerweise sehr Marketing-orientiert aufgebaut, zum Beispiel gab es überall Fotostände mit Menschen in einheimischer Kleidung, dennoch ist es jedes Jahr aufs Neue interessant, durch die Hallen zu laufen. Ich habe nur leider nicht daran gedacht, meine Kamera mitzunehmen, denn eigentlich war ich nur kurz zu Besuch dort und hatte nicht geplant, so viel zu sehen. Dafür gibt es jetzt einige Fotos vom Outfit im Sonnenuntergang. :) Wir müssen noch üben, um die richtige Einstellung und das schöne Licht zu erwischen, aber anbei schon mal die ersten Versuche. ;)

I wore this to Berlin last week, as I visited the ITB exhibition. People came from all over the world to present their home country (and company) to potential partners and tourists. Everything was very marketing-oriented, so that you had photo booths with people in native costume everywhere, but it was once again very interesting to walk through the halls anyway. I just didn't think about taking my camera with me, as I only was there for a short visit. In exchange for that mistake, I'm posting pictures we shot while the sun set a couple of days ago. :) We still have to practice a little with camera angles and getting the perfect light, but for now, these are our first sunset-attempts. ;)

Ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich auch ein Outfit-Rückblick machen soll. Da aber die meisten es tun, warum nicht - es wird witzig sein, sie alle wieder zu sehen, für mich zumindest.

Es waren auf jedenfall zwei schöne erste Monate und ich danke Euch vielmals, dass Ihr dabei wart, zum Lesen, Kommentieren, oder einfach Schauen! Ich freue mich auf die kommende Zeit! :)

PS: Ich glaube allerdings, dass es schon meine besten Outfitkombinationen sind, haha. Mal schauen, was ich Euch dann noch anbieten kann und lass uns hoffen, dass es nicht allzu schlecht wird. ;)

I've been thinking whether or not I should do an outfit review, but since everyone on my reading list is doing it, I thought I'd do the same. It should be fun!

PS: I think I've thrown in my best combinations already, so let's see what I can offer next and hope that it won't be too bad. ;)

Neue Bilderreihe mit Experimenten und Erkenntnissen:

- Nude steht mir nicht als Lippenstift, es macht mich blass irgendwie... Ich besitze außerdem nur zwei rote Lippenstifte. Vielleicht wird es mal Zeit für was rosa- oder peach-farbenes, besonders jetzt, wo der Frühling sich nähert.

- Es ist immer noch etwas zu kühl, um ohne Strumpfhose draußen zu sein, außer man sitzt im Restaurant, dann wird es wiederum temperaturmäßig erträglich. Ich Doofie lief natürlich erstmal ohne rum... :D

- Ich war mir unsicher, ob mir solche Schuhe stehen. Immerhin bin ich nur 1m61 groß und besitze nicht so viele kurze Röcke und Kleider, die dazu passen würden. Auf der anderen Seite kann ich Overknees allgemein nicht widerstehen...also habe ich es nun ausprobiert. Sie gefallen mir momentan super, außerdem sind sie recht ausgefallen und zaubern schöne Beine! *Like!* :)

- Soll ich auf Fotos generell etwas seriöser gucken? Eigentlich mag ich das nicht, dennoch gefallen mir einige Fotos dieser Bilderreihe recht gut, wo ich nicht oder nur ganz leicht lächle. Was meint Ihr?

New set of pictures with experiments and realisations:

- I can't really use nude lipstick, it makes me look pale... I also only have two red lipsticks, maybe it's time for something pink or peachy, especially with spring arriving.

- It's still a little too cold to not wear tights outside - so if you're sitting in a restaurant, you won't need them. I, of course, went out without tights and soon realized that it was a very bad idea... :D

- I haven't been sure about wearing this kind of shoes. I'm just about 1,61m tall and don't have that many short skirts and dresses that would suit them. On the other hand, I can't say no to overknees, so I tried it out. I like them a lot, also because they're pretty special and make one's legs look awesome! *Like!* :)

- Should I look a little more serious while shooting? Normally, I would say no, but I do like a couple of these pictures although I wasn't smiling. What do you think about it? 

New in January & February

Hallo Ihr Lieben!

Heute möchte ich einmal kurz die Stücke vorstellen, die in den letzten zwei Monate in meinem Schrank gewandert sind. Das eine oder andere Teil habt Ihr sogar bereits gesehen. :)

#1 Ein wundervoller Zara Blazer, der im letzten Post zum Einsatz kam: Das leicht verschwommene und nicht ganz aufdringliche Blumenmuster hatte mich verzaubert. Zudem war er noch seeehr gut reduziert, sodass er gleich mitdurfte. :D 

// A wonderful blazer from Zara which was part of the last outfit: the blurry and not-too-flashy flower print amazed me. It was also on sale at a great price, so I allowed myself to buy it. :D

#2 Noch ein Blazer für die Arbeit! Der leichte rosé Ton im Muster hat mich überzeugt und ist nun Bestandteil meiner Blazer-"Sammlung". 

// Yay, another blazer for the office! I liked the fact that pink was integrated in the print and now it's a great addition to my blazer collection. 

#3 Und wieder Rosa... Den hattet ihr auch schon hier gesehen - diesen kürzeren Schnitt finde ich einfach super! Zara, 5,99€ :)

#4 Ich hatte lange nach so einer Bluse gesucht: knallrot, fließend, klassischer Schnitt... Endlich habe ich ihn, dank dem Mango Sale, für ca. 15€ :)

#5 Diese Bluse ist mal was Außergewöhnlicheres mit dem gesteppten Muster. Das Beste? Sie ist aus 100% Viskose! *verliebt*

#6 (links) Ich habe endlich Ballerinas gefunden, die mir wunderbar gefallen, sowas ist total selten! Und zuletzt: #7 von rechts kam gestern vom Flohmarkt mit. Der Halsreif soll wohl vergoldet sein, ich frag' Herrn Google nachher mal, wie man das erkennen kann. 

// #6 (left) I've finally found a pair of ballerinas that I really like, that is totally rare! #7 (right) was bought on a flea market. It's supposed to be gold-plated, I'll ask Mr. Google how I can recognize that.
